In line with our mission to be a company committed to global sustainability, during 2024 we have reviewed and redefined our Sustainability Policy, strengthening our commitment to leading the creation of products and the provision of services that promote sustainability through efficient processes, minimizing our environmental impact and playing an active role in the community.
Our policy is based on international standards and addresses the most relevant environmental, social and governance issues, identified through ongoing dialogue with our stakeholders, and reflected in our decision-making.
This exercise is carried out annually, generating initiatives aimed at maximizing positive impacts and minimizing negative ones on society and the environment throughout our entire value chain.
The Sustainability Plans are articulated based on the five axes of the
Prodeman Sustainability Model.

At Prodeman we fully support the 2030 Agenda and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals, adopted during the United Nations General Assembly in 2015. This global agenda focuses on eradicating poverty, protecting the planet and advancing well-being for all people. At Prodeman we strive to integrate it into all aspects and operations of our organization, in line with our commitment established in the Sustainability Policy.
Given our role in providing healthy food, our contribution to socio-economic development, our commitment to reducing environmental impact and our duty to act responsibly towards the community, we focus our efforts on SDGs 3, 8 and 13. In addition, we prioritize SDGs 9, 11 and 12, promoting innovation, sustainable management and efficient use of resources in our operations.
We are fully aware that achieving these goals depends on fostering collaboration with diverse interest groups, actively participating in public-private partnerships (SDG 17).

Ecovadis is a platform that assesses the sustainability of companies, offering ratings based on social and environmental criteria. It helps companies improve their sustainability performance and communicate their practices to stakeholders. It is a key tool for promoting transparency and accountability in business operations and supply chains.
