- Checking the payment order received by email.
- Observing the payment date on the schedule.
- Calling the contractor contact numbers at 0358-4933500 extension 587 or landlords at 0358-4933500 extensions 545 or 523.
- Chatting with us on WhatsApp for contractors at 358 - 4120989 or landlords at 358-4202871 during the indicated business hours.
In the same email in which you send the invoice, you must indicate the desired payment method.
If it is the first time you request payment by transfer, you must attach proof of CBU.
PRODEMAN S.A. will always confirm receipt of the invoice by email on the same day it is sent.
If you do not receive a confirmation response, you must contact us using any of the contact methods provided.
The order number found in the PDF you receive with the billing data must be included; it is reported in the PDF as "Order".
