Plant: Confectionery peanuts
The first process that peanuts go through, in which the shell is separated from the kernel, after the cleaning and pre-cleaning stages, obtaining raw peanuts. These are classified according to their characteristics and packaged with their proper identification, ensuring the traceability of the peanuts.
Part of the peanuts obtained are marketed, and the rest are transported to other plants to continue with other stages of industrialization.
Plant: Blanche peanuts
Stage of removing the skin from the peanut through heating processes that reduce the humidity; and blanching that separates the reddish tegument from the grain, obtaining blanched peanuts.
Part of what is obtained is marketed and the rest is used in the next stage of industrialization.
Plant: Manufactured Product
Final stage of the industrialization of peanuts, in which each product has particular production characteristics that allow obtaining products for mass consumption such as fried peanuts, peanup, actio, pastes and butters, candied peanuts, peanuts with chocolate, among others.
The products are packaged and conditioned for proper marketing.
Plant: SAT
Part of the boxed peanuts that enter the industrial stage are processed through roasting tasks and packaged in the SAT Plant, obtaining roasted boxed peanuts, a product ready for consumption.
Some of the legumes produced by the company, such as popcorn, lentils, beans, and chickpeas, are also processed and packaged there.
