WE MAKE SEEDS
Our production chain begins with seed preparation. Each batch is selected based on the specific characteristics of the field where it will be planted, ensuring the most suitable variety for each location. Seeds undergo laboratory testing to verify their specifications and are treated with fungicides and polymers to protect their integrity and enhance performance. Additional treatments may include insecticides, micronutrients, or chemical and biological growth activators. Once ready, the seeds are stored in big bags and distributed to the corresponding fields for planting.
WE TAKE CARE OF OUR SOIL
At Prodeman, our core business is the production and commercialization of peanuts, but we also work with other crops such as corn, soybeans, popcorn maize, lentils, white cracked corn, and chickpeas. We practice crop rotation as a fundamental strategy to protect our most valuable resource: the soil. This approach improves soil health, prevents degradation, and contributes to the sustainability and efficiency of our operations. Here’s how our peanut production process works.
WE ORIGINATE PEANUTS
Based on our own production and on the basis of work in partnership with a large number of producers, we have the supervision of a team of technical specialists in cultivation.
Certifications
Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) are an appropriate way of producing and processing agricultural products so that they meet the necessary requirements for healthy, safe and environmentally friendly production.
The Farm Sustainability Assessment (FSA) enables food and beverage companies to assess, improve and validate sustainability on farms in their supply chains. Built around a simple set of questions for farmers, the FSA standardises farm assessment.
