Export of 4000 tons.In 1980, Oscar, who was still researching how to innovate to improve the business, decided to incorporate the first electronic machines and set up the first processing plant in Colonia Dolores. In this way, they began to lighten the manual and artisanal work they were doing at that time and began to increase production. Exports grew more and more: in 1985 they managed to sell 2,000 tons abroad and in 1988, 4,000.

It is installed in General Cabrera.
The Cavigliassos had finished installing the Prodeman plant in General Cabrera in the mid-1990s. And this had forced them to permanently leave the countryside as a place of residence.

Construction of refrigerated warehouses.The company's industrial complex has been expanded with the addition of new refrigerated facilities. These new warehouses have the capacity to store more than 40,000 tons of peanuts, thus strengthening the company's product storage and preservation capacity.

New drying system
By 2004, we already had a highly versatile drying system, consisting of continuous flow and static dryers. This system was fundamental in Prodeman's growth process, as it allowed the implementation of advanced machinery and the adoption of new methodologies.

Mani King brand launch2010 was the year in which we challenged ourselves to add value to our production, which led us to launch 'Maní King' as a commercial brand aimed at the domestic market. Today, the best peanuts in the world are within reach of all Argentines, with a quality that meets export standards.

Prodeman's flagship retail brand was going through a period of great expansion not only at a national level but also managed to cross borders, reaching different Latin American countries with its own seal.

First Private Label retail export. SPAR is a supermarket chain founded in the Netherlands in 1932, which has grown to become one of the largest supermarket chains globally. It operates under a business model that combines independently owned stores with stores managed directly by the company, thus adapting to the specific needs of each market and community in which it operates.

Electric Power Generation Plant.
In April 2017, Prodeman (the company chaired by Oscar Cavigliasso) launched its peanut shell-based electricity generation plant in General Cabrera.

The company invested $350M argentinean pesos in this eco-business in order to use a percentage for the operation of the plant and the industrialization process of peanuts. The rest would be used to supply the National Electric System Network.

First transport of containers to the port, by train.There were 35 containers carrying around 25 tons each (875 in total) that will be shipped to Holland. The relevance of the news made it shared and highlighted by the Minister of Production and Labor, Dante Sica, through Twitter.
