Prodeman has launched active break sessions aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being in the workplace. More than 400 collaborators are already participating in this proposal, which combines physical activity, relaxation, and group cohesion throughout the workday.
The initiative consists of a series of brief exercises, guided by yoga instructors, that are adapted to each workstation and conducted in groups within the same work environment. "These are simple stretches lasting 10 to 15 minutes that help improve quality of life and performance in daily activities," explained Nicolás Boglione, the company's Safety and Hygiene Manager.
In addition to preventing muscle tension, fatigue, and injuries, these breaks also stimulate concentration, productivity, and creativity. The personalized approach according to the physical demands of each task allows for a real impact on the overall well-being of the teams.
This action is part of Prodeman's commitment to sustainability, which is also understood as promoting healthy habits and work environments that care for people.
