PRODEMAN CLOSED 2024 AS A TEAM

13 meetings were held featuring more than 600 company collaborators.

Prodeman held its team closures with a series of 13 integration days that brought together teams from different sectors of the company. These meetings, organized by the Human Resources department, were aimed at reflecting on the past year, consolidating bonds among collaborators, and reaffirming the values that guide the company: Trust, Quality, Responsibility, Innovation, Sustainability, Honesty, and Commitment.

Each closure was designed to fit the particularities of each team, with proposals that included group activities, integration dynamics, and moments of relaxation. The days aimed not only to recognize collective effort but also to strengthen organizational identity, which is key to the achievements made during 2024.

Clarisa Vogler, one of the coordinators of the events, emphasized: "These spaces are necessary to strengthen relationships within teams and between areas, fostering a culture based on our values. When people can form a true work team, challenges turn into opportunities."

With these activities, Prodeman not only celebrated the milestones of a year of growth and learning but also projected the challenges for 2025, with a commitment to continue strengthening cohesion among its teams and betting on the future.
