LAUNCH OF BAYER FORWARD FARMING

The event marks the beginning of the alliance between Prodeman and Bayer to promote regenerative agriculture.

In General Cabrera, Córdoba, the official launch of the second Bayer ForwardFarming in Argentina took place, an event that brought together more than 250 people including producers, experts, and representatives from the agricultural sector. Prodeman, with its establishment 'Cropmix', joined Bayer's global ForwardFarming program with the aim of promoting regenerative and sustainable agricultural practices.

During the event, Juan Farinati, CEO of Bayer Cono Sur, emphasized the importance of the alliance: 'The ForwardFarming program is key to integrating technological solutions that improve soil health and resource efficiency in agriculture.' For her part, Ivana Cavigliasso, Director of Prodeman, highlighted that this project allows us to continue innovating and advancing in environmentally responsible practices.

The event included a field tour at Cropmix, where four key areas were showcased: regenerative agriculture, good agricultural practices, digitalization, and the use of drones for the efficient application of inputs. Additionally, the Bayer Phytobac® system was presented, which sustainably manages wastewater as part of the comprehensive strategy towards responsible agriculture.

With this alliance, Bayer and Prodeman strengthen their commitment to more sustainable and climate-smart agriculture, opening new doors to innovation and collaboration in the sector.
