Protagonists on Industry Day

Ivana Cavigliasso represented the company at the II Industry Forum organized by CECIS and also participated in a space on foreign trade during the 92nd Rural Expo of Río Cuarto.

On the occasion of Industry Day, Prodeman was present in various exchange spaces held in Río Cuarto through Ivana Cavigliasso, a member of the company's Board of Directors, who shared her experience and background in the industrial and agro-exporting activity.

The main activity took place during the II Industry Forum, organized by CECIS, which brought together authorities, entrepreneurs, industrialists, and leaders from the productive sector of Río Cuarto and the region. The day focused on exchanging experiences, generating new connections, and analyzing tools to strengthen industrial activity.

As part of the meeting, Ivana participated in the discussion "Women in Industry," moderated by Eugenia Martina, a representative of Women Entrepreneurs CECIS. The panel also included Natalia Pasquale from Pasquale S.R.L. and Jésica Yanke from INTI, who shared their professional journeys and different perspectives on leadership and the participation of women in the productive field.

"These spaces allow us to share experiences and show that behind very different industries, there are challenges that are often common. They are also an opportunity to bring the industrial world closer to the community, to highlight the possibilities generated by the sector, and to motivate more people to envision themselves within it," emphasized Ivana Cavigliasso.

Prodeman's participation in these spaces continued during the 92nd Rural Expo of Río Cuarto, where Ivana was interviewed at the event "Crossing Borders: Keys and Experiences to Conquer International Markets." Alongside foreign trade specialist Gustavo Scarpetta, she shared part of the company's experience in developing international markets and the challenges of building an exporting company from the productive interior of the country.

Both participations allowed for sharing part of Prodeman's journey and contributing their experience to conversations that permeate the business fabric of the region: the development of industry, the generation of new opportunities, and the challenge of bringing Argentine production to more and more markets.
