PRODEPALOOZA: WE CELEBRATE WHO WE ARE

180 guests from Prodeman's collaborators toured the plant in a new edition of the event that now has its own name.

Prodeman's traditional Family Day transformed this year into Prodepalooza, a special day where collaborators and guests experienced a unique journey within the company. Under this new identity, the event maintained its essence: to open the doors of Prodeman and celebrate the pride of belonging to a family company that continues to grow.

In this edition, more than 180 people participated, including family members, friends, and close associates of our collaborators. The groups toured the facilities of the Peanut Confectionery Plant, Blanched Peanuts, and Processed Products, where they could closely observe the daily work, production processes, and quality standards that characterize the company. While these plants are open for guided tours throughout the year, this day was uniquely designed to experience the heart of the Prodeman team.

"Prodepalooza represents much more than a visit: it is the opportunity to show who we are, what we do, and why we do it. The collaborators themselves become ambassadors of Prodeman, proudly sharing their day-to-day experiences," highlighted Melina Cristofolini, head of Institutional Relations.

This type of activity strengthens the bond between teams, enhances the sense of belonging, and reaffirms Prodeman's commitment to its people, its community, and its identity as a family business.
