WELLNESS IN ACTION AT THE PROCESSED PRODUCT PLANT

New spaces were inaugurated to enhance the work experience of over 120 employees.

As part of a continuous commitment to the well-being and development of people, Prodeman inaugurated new spaces at the Processed Product Plant, where export products such as Maní King are produced. The renovation included offices, a dining room, a meeting room, laboratories, changing rooms, and state-of-the-art sanitary filters.

The project was carried out by the Engineering and Projects department, aiming to optimize the use of available square meters and transform the daily experience of those who are part of the team. Currently, more than 120 people work in this unit, which is key to the company's operations.

During the inauguration event, members of the Board and representatives from all sectors participated, reaffirming the importance of these spaces in the daily lives of employees.

"These spaces were designed to provide greater comfort and quality of work for each team member. We know that well-being directly impacts the happiness, productivity, and commitment of those who are part of this place," expressed Mariela Ardissone, supervisor of the sector.

With this inauguration, Prodeman reinforces its vision of continuous improvement, betting on work environments that value labor, enhance development, and reflect the commitment to those who make it possible for each product to reach the world.
