STRENGTHENING THE CYBERSECURITY CULTURE

Prodeman promotes new internal training initiatives focused on prevention and information security.

As part of its Sustainability Plan, Prodeman has launched a series of internal training sessions to reinforce cybersecurity at all levels of the organization. The initiative, led by the Systems area, aims to consolidate a preventive culture against threats that could compromise the operational integrity of the company.

The sessions initially cover general concepts about common cyber threats—such as phishing and spoofing—and later address specific cases related to the tasks of each team. This dual approach allows for content adaptation and strengthens secure decision-making in daily work.

"Cybersecurity is no longer an issue exclusive to the technical area. Today, every employee plays a key role in safeguarding the company's critical information. These training sessions aim precisely at that: building a collective culture of protection," said Rubén Gaido, head of the Cybersecurity area.

In addition to these training actions, the plan includes periodic risk assessments, updates to protocols, and new monitoring tools. With this comprehensive approach, Prodeman reaffirms its commitment to responsible technological management aligned with the highest standards in the sector, promoting safe practices in every digital interaction.
