SCHOOL RECOGNITION FOR COMMITMENT AND EFFORT

The best academic averages of 2024 were recognized among the children of Prodeman employees.

Prodeman launched the new School Recognition Program, an initiative that rewards the children of employees who excel in their educational commitment and achieve the best academic averages of the year.

During a special event, recognition certificates were awarded to primary and secondary level students, accompanied by their families and the Human Resources team. In addition to the symbolic distinction, the awardees received a bonus as an encouragement for their effort and dedication.

"Education is a transformative tool, and at Prodeman we want to be present in that journey that is built at home. This recognition aims to motivate and celebrate the commitment of each student and their family," expressed Luciano Pollino, Head of Human Resources.

The program was announced as a permanent benefit, to be held every year, reaffirming Prodeman's commitment to the overall well-being of its community and support in the development of new generations.
