WELL-BEING AND HAPPINESS AT WORK

As part of its training plan for leaders, Prodeman welcomed Daniel Cerezo for a day focused on personal and organizational development.

Daniel Cerezo, a musician and social psychologist known for promoting a more human perspective in organizations, visited General Cabrera and shared a workday with Prodeman leaders focused on well-being and happiness in the workplace.

The activity is part of the training plan that the company has been developing to support the growth of its leadership teams and continue strengthening a more empathetic, collaborative, and conscious work culture.

During the meeting, Cerezo reflected on the importance of transforming workspaces to improve people's quality of life. "We spend more than 70% of our lives in the work environment. If we don't think of it as a place where we can feel good, something doesn't make sense," he expressed. He also highlighted that "at Prodeman, there are real conditions to work on a paradigm shift, with many young leaders and a willingness to grow from a different place."

The day also included a tour of the different sectors of the company, where open conversation spaces were created with administrative and production teams.

His visit to Cabrera also included meetings with educational institutions, organizations, and the local private sector, where he shared his perspective on the role of work in building more inclusive and sustainable communities.
