MASSIVE TRAINING AT THE PROCESSED PRODUCT AND SAT PLANT

More than 130 collaborators were part of this key day in processes that ensure quality, safety, and sustainability in production.

As part of the sustainability plan and the commitment to continuous improvement, Prodeman held a comprehensive training day aimed at the teams of the Processed Product Plant and SAT Plant. More than 130 collaborators participated in this training space designed to strengthen knowledge in key areas of the production process.

The training was developed through six thematic stations, where participants addressed fundamental aspects such as process control, allergens, traceability, and handling of non-conforming products. There was also a deep dive into the application of the HACCP system, prevention of food fraud (Food Fraud & Defense), environmental practices, and proper labeling and packaging.

This initiative reinforced essential procedures to ensure food safety, product quality, and sustainability at every stage of production.
