PRODEMAN PROMOTES UNIVERSITY EDUCATION

Scholarship students joined company professionals for a breakfast to share experiences and open up the new academic year

As a part of its commitment to supporting future professionals, Prodeman hosted a welcome breakfast for students participating in its university scholarship program. The event, held at General Cabrera plant, brought young students from different academic fields alongside professionals from Prodeman departments such as Administration, Primary Production, OC Bio, and IT.

The meeting stablished a space for open dialogue where scholarship holders shared their experiences and spoke with professionals about the transition from university to professional world. Key topics included study organization, soft skill development, and the challenges of joining the labour market.

This breakfast not only marked the start of a new academic year but also served as an opportunity to reinforce Prodeman’s support to local students through its scholarship program, which is developed by General Cabrera’s city council and several universities.

The company emphasized that the program aims to improve access to higher education, create real growth opportunities and contribute to new talents development for the benefit of the community.
