CAMPAIGN CLOSURE AT PMC: BALANCE AND LEARNING

The Planta Maní Confitería team held the annual closure of the 2024-25 campaign, analyzing results and opportunities for improvement.

With the aim of continuing to optimize processes and strengthen teamwork, the Planta Maní Confitería team carried out its annual production closure corresponding to the 2024-25 campaign. The day, led by Javier Re, production coordinator, allowed for the evaluation of the area's performance, identification of improvement opportunities, and projection of challenges for the next cycle.

Throughout the meeting, key indicators, achievements, and lessons learned were shared, generating a valuable exchange with the entire team. To make this process more dynamic and interactive, playful activities were carried out to identify improvement opportunities in a participatory manner. Through play, collaborators were able to reflect on daily challenges, share experiences, and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
