LEADERSHIP ALSO REQUIRES TRAINING
Prodeman has launched an intensive program for developing soft skills to strengthen its organizational culture.
More than 70 leaders from various areas of Prodeman participated in the first meeting of the new soft skills training program, an initiative aimed at supporting the transformation of leadership within the organization throughout the year.
The session was facilitated by Ramiro Buteler and Patricia del Giúdice, ontological coaches from Escalera by Hábito, and combined practical dynamics, group reflection, and deep conversations about the current challenges of leading teams. The program aimed to train key capabilities such as active listening, empathy, communication, and collaborative work.
"We are convinced that to maintain a strong culture, we need leaders who are prepared not only in technical skills but also in human skills. This program seeks to strengthen that dimension and support those who play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our organization," said Luciano Pollino, Head of Human Resources.
The program will continue with new meetings throughout the year, reinforcing the company's commitment to an organizational culture based on closeness, continuous learning, and the development of more human leadership.
