ACTIVE BREAKS ARE BACK
They will take place every Friday, and the first session of the year brought together teams from different areas of the company.
This year, active breaks have returned to Prodeman as part of a key initiative to promote the health and well-being of all employees. Every Friday, and continuously, these breaks will be held, coordinated by Rocío Rivera, aiming to provide a respite and improve the physical and mental performance of the teams.
The first active break of 2025 took place this Friday and brought together teams from the Processed Product Plant, PPE sector offices, and the Blanched Peanut Plant. This action is part of the sustainability plan and is carried out by the Safety and Hygiene department, which is responsible for implementing innovative and high-level practices in risk management and creating a healthy work environment.
Through the implementation of active breaks, the company reinforces its safety and well-being policy, aligned with the best international standards and with a comprehensive approach that values both operational processes and the human factor.
With these actions, Prodeman continues to advance its commitment to sustainability and safety, understanding that people are key to achieving a healthy and safe work culture for all.
