Prodeman claims to become an active partner for the construction of a wealthy, socially fair and ecologically sustainable society, with innocuous processes for both employees and the environment.

To settle the environmental policy, Prodeman carries out the following productive processes:

  • Pick up the agrochemical containers from the field. These containers receive a triple wash and afterwards they are cut and delivered to a plastic recycling company.
  • Practice crop rotation.
  • Use the peanut shell to feed lot for balanced animal feed.
  • Be part of the Environment Córdoba Agency. This entity collects the residues that are harmful for the environment and destroys them in a proper ecologically way.
  • Daily deliver useless paper to the local government to be recycled.
  • Recycle used big bags.
  • Recycle the broken wooden scaffolds.
  • Use the natural resources such as water and energy in a rational way.
  • Make sure that the productive processes are harmless for the employees and for the environment.
  • Land labor which preserves the greater good the humanity owns.
  • Home building for the personnel.
  • Periodic personnel training.
  • Collaboration with the society.
